Robin L. Brower is the Principal of Value Builder Solutions, Ltd. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and a Certified Business Intermediary trained in valuation and business sales, Robin works with business owners before the sale. Robin leads the OH Region of Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage for Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies, a full-service brokerage within a Regional, National, and Worldwide network. For her career, Robin has worked in real estate, construction, consulting, and insurance.
She served as Vice President and then President of a family-owned multi-divisional construction company in the Chagrin Valley, specializing in General Contracting, Mill Shop Operations, Estate Management, and Excavation while leading the architectural design team.
After leaving the construction company, she formed a major lines insurance agency working with small to mid-size companies in the greater Cleveland area, until working with Bass Ohio Real Estate Inc., and then CB Commercial, SFOC. During her tenure, she obtained a CBI credential as a business transactional specialist and CEPA credential as a business consultant for valuation acceleration and alignment of personal/business financial goals. Recently, she was advanced to lead the Ohio Division of CRE & Business Brokerage at Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmidt Realty.
